It was great, it was fun, but was it great fun? Yes, it was. I don't want to write a 45 page entry about my trip for I'll just give some highlights

1. Disney-MGM

2. Bishop Chironna's Sermon

3. Chatting with Bishop Sanger

4. Swimming

5. Disney World

6. Epcot Center

7. Downtown Disney

8. Watching the show "Rosanne" almost every night.

It was a lot of fun. I'm glad to be back though. I can only check out of life for so long, then I need to plug in again. So I'm excited to be plugged in again. Well this week I'm house sitting for Pastors Pete and Lisa again. That'll be good. An empty house all alone and it's amazing because I have tons to do and no one to disrupt me but Claire the dog.

Well I'll see all of you tomorrow at Church.

1. The Ryan Fluetsch 70's party (friday)---- I had a great time talking to Grande for the first 30 min of the party. Later I had fun with Ryan M, Ryan F, Nate and Pastors Pete and Lisa.

2. Dan and I got together (saturday)---- to give a present to our great Pastors Ryan and Megan Fluetsch. We played monopoly later on and I won in like 30 min (and that includes lunch)

3. Church (sunday)---- What a great service Sunday morning with a great part two sermon...

4. David Crowder band (sunday night)---- They were amazing... What else can I say. You Are My Joy (The David Crowder band rock opera) was amazing live!!!

Well I have to go. Love you all...

"I bought that phat beat on ebay"--- David Crowder

Thursday, June 15, 2006

Hey All!

Well I'm twenty now. Nothing else to say about that. Haha. Well I'm heading down to Orlando Florida in 8 days! I'm so excited. Last night I had one of those dreams about going to Florida that traditionally happen in the dead of winter of on the years I have no plans on going to Florida so I'm really disturbed when I wake up. Not today! I'm flying high ready to go down to Florida. While I'm there I will be going to: Walt Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studies, Epcot Center, Bishop Chironna's Church (Bishop John will be there for that meeting, how cool is that!) and I'm hoping to have many hours of reading this novel I picked up yesterday called "House" by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker. It looks crazy.

I had a great dinner last night at Traffic Jams! I had Sweet potato fries and the roadrunner black bean burrito. It was amazing! I then grabbed a $4.50 Latte at the bar on the way out. By the way: 363 days until Brad allows alcohol to touch his lips.

Well it's nice to have Dan Dresser on Xanga now. I would like to take full credit and honor for that action because I told him he should get one. So any intriguing revelations you receive from his blogs are my reward in Heaven.

Alright All. I'm out.

PS. I love the Goo Goo Dolls....

Wednesday, June 14, 2006

Today is my 20th birthday!!!!!

Today should be fun. I'm planning to go to Traffic Jams for dinner tonight and then just hang around downtown. Well I thought I'd do some reflecting just as Ryan F. did...

Most of these will be in reflection and not proverb form...

1. Never underestimate the power of a pastors love

2. When you have a best friend, savor every minute with them... they are precious and rare.

3. Shawn Michaels is the greatest WWF Champion of all time and he puts on the best live wrestling match

4. age 10 is the most responsible you'll ever have as a kid

5. Destiny speaks to you from early ages, but becomes more and more clear as you age (physically/psychology/spiritually)

6. The Omen is a stupid movie

7. U2 is the greatest band ever.. Even rappers bow in the presence of the greatness of U2

8. Every good and perfect thing comes from God

9. It's just a matter of time until everyone says BoRics just doesn't work any more.

10. The deep love of the Father has changed my life in EVERY way. I don't know how to function without it.

11. Orlando never gets old no matter how many times you go.

12. The study of both Film and Psychology are very interesting... grab me any time you want and I'll chat about those topics with you.

13. Starbucks is... need I say more

14. What would life be like without the finished work of the cross

15. finally I have to end by re quoting number two: When you have a best friend, savior every minute with them, they are precious and rare.

Brad is----------------------------------------------------------------TWENTY!!!

Friday, June 09, 2006

QUESTION FOR TODAY

Name 3 Christian heroes that have influenced your life (please no biblical characters or MDCC leaders/pastors/bishops... I love them too but that's not the question for today)

HERE ARE MINE

in no particular order

1. Dr. Mark Chironna

2. John Arnott

3. Bill Johnson

Wednesday, June 07, 2006

I am convinced (after much hard ache, works based Christianity, emotional balance and shaking) that the cross is the only way to live. The cross has everything we need. After reading Ryan Fluetsch's blog on gay marriage I'm not sure if I agree or disagree with him on the issue of banning gay marriage, but I do know the cross is the only way to wholeness. The cross is the only way to master life. As brother's in Christ we are all one in the spirit beyond political beliefs. To quote a man of God that I know, "I love being a Christian!"

Well I met with Pastor Pete this morning to talk about my David's Tent Internship proposal. It was a great meeting. He anointed me with authority which was really powerful for me. My ministry (life coaching and mentoring) has been released as an MDCC David's Tent Internship ministry. I'm excited to walk this out. Well I need to get going... I've been busy all day and I still have a lot to do.

I'm Out..

Monday, June 05, 2006

Well let's start with Toronto. I had a blast in Toronto. I think it was the best trip to Toronto I've ever had (and I've gone quite a bit in my life... .probably 11-13 times... I can't remember. I actually went up quite a bit when we were submitted to Toronto. anyway..) It wasn't really the speakers in the conference... I mean I loved them and they were great, but I really enjoyed the processing with Pastor Pete, Nate, and Ryan M in between services. It was kind of like an informal cell or group mentoring. I really loved that. We also had some crazy times. For those who don't know Nate and I can get a little crazy when you put us together. So Pastor Pete was a bit overwhelmed at first, but he jumped right in. Haha. Wow, this was amazing trip.

Well Today I'm doing a lot of odds and ends that I haven't been able to do, so that'll be nice. I need to go make some Tazo Awake now.

Adieu

Thursday, June 01, 2006

Last night after the David's Tent Internship, Pastor Pete said, "I'm going to Toronto tomorrow does anyone want to go?" Operating on total spontaneity, I said yes. So I'll be heading up to Toronto for a few days with Pastor Pete, Nate Skaggs and Ryan Mack. I'm really really looking forward to this. I love Toronto. It feels like home you know? I haven't been since last July and I didn't think I was going this year.... Fate and spontaneity have found a way....

See you when I get back.

Tuesday, May 30, 2006

"THE POWERS OF DARKNESS HAVE FALLEN DOWN. JESUS IN FULLNESS IS REIGNING NOW. EVERY DIVISION IS BROKEN DOWN, CHRIST IN ME"

It's Tuesday morning. Yesterday was memorial day. I had my grandparents over as well as my aunt. It was a lot of fun. It's really odd because my grandparents are very reduced against different races. This Indian man (a very successful man) from across the street got out of his car when we were on the lawn and they knocked him in every way possible. They even said he's probably a terrorist (India?? hmm..) It's interesting though because on one hand they are so off the wall it's ridiculous. On the other hand this is a set mind set for them and you almost ignore it. I don't know where I'm going, I guess I'm just reflecting on the power of world view.

Well Today has had a nice start. I sat at the kitchen table and had my cup of morning Tea (TAZO Awake ) and read an amazing Batman Comic. It's called "The Killing Joke." Grande have read it? It's one of the rare special comics (it's actually like 4 comics in 1 binding) where The Joker shoots somebody. It's probably a PG-13 comic with language and visuals and whatnot.

***DO NOT READ THIS PARAGRAPH IF YOU PLAN ON READING THE KILLING JOKE***

It's really interesting because after this cutting edge comic where Joker shoots the commissioner's daughter, attempts to drive Gordon insane, has killed several other people during the story and Batman in the end offers the Joker help. Joker refuses but says it reminds him of a joke. The joker tells the joke and the story ends with The Batman and the Joker laughing together. How crazy is this. Just laughing with your enemies knowing they can't hurt you. Reading it made me really excited for when Batman 2 comes out in 2008. Christopher Nolan does an amazing job.

Tonight I'm heading out to A2 (as Jess calls it) for a Youth Leadership Team meeting. It'll be nice to have an extended meeting of reconnecting and receiving a clear vision. Before then I have to clean my car, do some work for my mom's business. (I drive her work from home (where she works) to the doctors' offices) So I should get going. See some of you tonight.
